Your practice data should feel predictable.
This page explains what Slowscribe stores today, what may be added later, and how your song practice data is handled inside the app.
What Slowscribe Does
Slowscribe lets you import audio or video, slow it down, set loops, and practice music more effectively on your device.
Data We Store
We store the songs you import, plus practice data linked to those songs such as speed, loop points, saved loops, bookmarks, and playback position so your sessions can resume later. That song and practice data is stored on your machine, not on our servers.
Where Your Data Lives
Right now, your library and practice state are stored locally on your device. We do not currently require account sign-in to use the app, and we do not store your imported songs or practice state on our servers.
Subscriptions And Purchases
If you subscribe in the future, purchase status may be used to unlock premium features such as deeper slowdown, trainer access, or unlimited saved loops. Billing is handled by the platform payment provider when that flow is added.
Analytics And Diagnostics
The app may collect limited crash or diagnostics information to help improve stability and fix bugs. We do not use your imported songs for advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited technical data with service providers only when needed to run app infrastructure, diagnostics, or payments.
Your Choices
You can delete imported songs and practice data from inside the app at any time. Removing the app may also remove locally stored data depending on your device settings.
Children
Slowscribe is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as features evolve, especially when subscriptions, accounts, syncing, or cloud services are introduced.
