Slowscribe includes this website and the Slowscribe app. By accessing or using either one, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What The Service Does

Slowscribe is built to help musicians practice more effectively by slowing down audio, looping passages, and working on difficult sections without changing pitch.

Who May Use It

You may use Slowscribe only in compliance with applicable law. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Your Content And Practice Media

You are responsible for the audio, video, and other material you import into the app. You must have the rights or permission needed to use that material. We do not claim ownership of your imported practice media.

Local Storage

Slowscribe currently stores imported songs and related practice state such as loop points, slowdown settings, bookmarks, and playback position locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping copies of any media or practice data you care about.

Subscriptions And Billing

If you purchase a subscription, billing is handled by the applicable platform provider, such as Apple or Google. Subscription terms, renewal timing, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are governed by that platform's rules in addition to these terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Slowscribe, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where the law clearly allows it, or use the service to violate the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The Slowscribe website, app, branding, design, and original software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.
